8. Payments and Account Receivable
Unless Otherwise specified, Cooling and Heating Solutions, LLC. has a 15 Days account term for Businesses and out of State Businesses that contact our business to perform any job, installation or perform a troubleshoot. A fee for calls after business hours or emmergencies due to inclement weather may apply. Invoices are to be paid within the agreed days term from the invoice date or 20% late fees will apply if not paid within such terms. It is the SOLE responsibility of the Business/Customers to submit payment on time or to include 20% late fees if payment is submitted after the agreed days terms. Out of State Businesses/Customers may be required to submit a 50% payment deposit before the start of a project with remaining balance due upon agreed days term or 20% late fees will apply. Please read our Subject: 2014 Account Receivable Changes Memorandum.
Please Note: Unfortunatelly Cooling and Heating Solutions does not offer 60 or 90 days Terms, unless otherwise negotiated and specified on contract.
9. Warranty
Cooling and Heating Solutions does not provide merchandise warranty, all warranties are provided by the manufacture the product was purchased from. Cooling and Heating Solutions only provide a thirty days (30 days) service, installation, and repair warranty.
10. LAW AFFECTING ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
Cooling and Heating Solutions is solely responsible of the content of this website, for complying with laws, taxes, and tariffs that governments enact and fix from time to time in connection with internet electronic commerce, and shall indemnify, hold harmless, protect, and defend its independent contractor and theirs subcontractors’ from any cost, claims, suits, penalty, tar, or tariffs including attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses, arising from Cooling and Heating Solutions’ exercise of internet electronic commerce.
11. This website is controlled and operated by Cooling and Heating Solutions from the United States Of America and is subject to Massachusetts state Laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States laws and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms or any of the content on this website.
